Q1: What type or mode of payment do you accept for your transport service?

A1: We only take cash payments in Singapore Dollar at the moment.


Q2: How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

A2: It is encourage to make a reservation at least 3 days before. For last minute reservations, kindly reach us through Whatsapp at and rest assured that we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q3: The rates shown here are per vehicle and the entire trip?

A3: The rates shown in ‘Pricing’ tab is per vehicle for one way or two way trip. No hidden charges. Prices is as is!


Q4: What are the car models available in you fleet?

A4: MPVPrivateCar.com has the latest editions of Hyundai Starex (10 Seater), Toyota Alphard (7 Seater) and Toyota Innova (6 Seater).


Q5: Can your transport service go to other places not shown on your services area covered?

A5: Yes. Contact our customer support for details.


Q6: When should I receive the driver’s details?

A6: You will receive via SMS or Whatsapp the day before your travel.


Q7: Are the prices shown here on a one-route trip only?

A7: Prices shown in ‘Pricing’ tab is shown one-route trip and round trip.


Q8: My flight is delayed or cancelled what should I do?

A8: We will be waiting for you in the airport no matter what in a given time. That is why from the start we require our guests to fill-out the form with true information about their travel for us to monitor also the scheduled time of arrival of your flight. From there we will be able to maximize our time of travel together. Just inform us a day in advance if flight is cancelled due to weather conditions in your country as it may not be monitored by our local news in Singapore and Malaysia.


Q9: How would the driver know that I am their passenger? Will they be there when I arrive?

A9: Our drivers will wait there when you arrive. They will be holding a name card with your name on it for easy recognition on your part. Then they will assist you with your luggage after you meet and greet with them.
