Before Pick Up

• Book one-way or round-trip private car between Singapore and Legoland Malaysia.
• Choose your preferred pickup date, time, and location in Singapore, plus your drop-off point in Legoland Malaysia.
• Be at your pick-up point 5 minutes before the scheduled time. If the driver is delayed, please contact or WhatsApp the driver directly.
• For Changi Airport pick-ups, our driver will wait up to 2 hours. Flight delayed? Just WhatsApp us.
• For other pick-ups (home, hotel, etc.), please be ready on time – drivers will wait up to 30 minutes from scheduled pick-up time.

During The Trip

• Ride in a clean, spacious, air-conditioned 7 to 10-seater MPV exclusively for your family with no sharing with strangers.

On The Road

• Experienced drivers manage all navigation, traffic, and border crossing while you relax and enjoy time with your family.
• At Singapore-Malaysia immigration checkpoints, just relax and stay comfortable inside the car. No need to exit with your luggage. The driver will collect everyone’s passports and hand them to officers through the car window for immigration clearance, then return them once cleared.
• Direct private transfer to Legoland Malaysia in the comfort of your private MPV, crossing the Singapore-Malaysia border efficiently without unnecessary stops and no waiting for other passengers.
• Journey typically takes around 45 minutes depending on traffic conditions at Tuas Second Link, so plan for potential delays during peak periods, especially during long weekends and public holidays.
• Arrive at Legoland refreshed and excited, ready to enjoy the park without travel stress.

Payment

• Payment is made directly to the driver upon arrival at your destination. No upfront payment needed.
• Pay your driver in cash, or use PayNow / Bank Transfer if you prefer online.
• Extra pickup or drop-off points cost SGD 10 each, in addition to your primary pickup and destination.
• All charges are transparent – no hidden fees.

Additional Information

• Make sure your passport has at least 6 months validity to enter Malaysia.
• Non-Singaporeans and non-Malaysians must submit the MDAC form before entering Malaysia (JB CIQ or JB CIQ 2). More info here: https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main
• Vehicles are not wheelchair-friendly.
• Travelers are responsible for obtaining all entry or transit visa requirements for Malaysia.
