Before Pick Up

• Book a private car for one-way or round-trip between Singapore and Teluk Gading Jetty.
• Provide travel date, preferred departure time, Singapore pickup point, and ferry departure schedule.
• Be at the pickup spot 5 minutes ahead of scheduled time. Driver running late? Contact them via phone or WhatsApp.
• Changi Airport pickups include 2 hours of waiting time. Flight delayed? Send us a WhatsApp message.
• For home or hotel pickups, be ready on time – drivers wait up to 30 minutes past the scheduled time.

During The Trip

At Pickup

• Driver meets at the agreed location and loads luggage and beach equipment.
• Travel in a clean, air-conditioned 7 to 10-seater MPV for the group only – no shared rides.

On The Road

• Driver handles navigation, traffic, and immigration while passengers relax and prepare for the island trip.
• At the Singapore-Malaysia border, stay seated. No need to exit the vehicle. Driver collects all passports, passes them to immigration officers through the window, and returns them after clearance.
• Direct transfer with no detours and no waiting for other passengers.
• Travel time is 3.5 to 4 hours from Singapore to Teluk Gading Jetty, depending on traffic and border wait times.
• Arrive at Teluk Gading Jetty in time for the Tioman Island ferry.

Payment

• Pay the driver directly upon arrival. No advance payment required.
• Payment options: cash or PayNow / Bank Transfer.
• Additional stops cost SGD 10 each.
• Fixed pricing– no surprise fees.

Additional Information

• Check passport has at least 6 months validity remaining for entering Malaysia.

• Vehicles are not wheelchair-accessible.
