• Choose your preferred pickup date, time, Singapore location, and Kluang town drop-off point.
• Be at your pickup location 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup. If your driver is delayed, contact them by phone or WhatsApp.
• Changi Airport pickups include up to 2 hours waiting time. Flight behind schedule? Just WhatsApp us.
• For home or hotel pickups, please be ready on time – drivers will wait 30 minutes from your scheduled time.

During The Trip

On The Road

• Your driver handles driving, route selection, and border procedures while you look forward to Kluang’s famous coffee culture and local food.
• At the Singapore-Johor border, stay comfortable in your seat. You won’t need to get out with your luggage. Your driver gathers everyone’s passports, passes them through the window to immigration, and returns them once cleared.
• Direct private transfer in your exclusive MPV, navigating customs smoothly without unnecessary stops and no waiting for other passengers.
• The journey takes 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on traffic and customs clearance at the Singapore-JB checkpoint.
• Arrive in Kluang ready to explore the town’s heritage sites and famous coffee shops.

• Pay your driver directly at your destination. No upfront payment needed.
• Pay with cash or PayNow / Bank Transfer.
• Additional stops cost SGD 10 per location.

Additional Information

• Make sure your passport has at least 6 months validity for Malaysia access.

• Vehicles don’t have wheelchair facilities.
• Making sure you have the entry documents you need for Malaysia is your responsibility.
