Before Pick Up

• Book one-way or round-trip private car between Singapore and Batu Pahat.
• Choose your preferred travel date, departure time, Singapore pickup location, and Batu Pahat destination.
• Be at your pickup location 5 minutes before the scheduled time. If your driver is delayed, contact them by phone or WhatsApp.
• Changi Airport pickups include 2 hours waiting time. Flight delayed? Just WhatsApp us.
• For home or hotel pickups, please be ready on time – drivers will wait 30 minutes from your scheduled time.

During The Trip

• At the Singapore-Johor border (Tuas/Second Link checkpoint), stay comfortable inside the car. No need to exit the vehicle with your bags. The driver collects everyone’s passports, hands them to officers through the window, and returns them once cleared.
• Direct private transfer to Batu Pahat in your private MPV, clearing the border efficiently without unnecessary stops and no waiting for other passengers.
• The journey takes around 3 to 3.5 hours depending on road conditions, so allow extra time during peak times like long weekends and holidays.
• Arrive in Batu Pahat relaxed and ready for your business, family visit, or food exploration.

• Each additional pickup or drop-off point costs SGD 10

Additional Information

• Check your passport has at least 6 months remaining validity for Malaysian entry.

• Vehicles don’t support wheelchair access.
• You’re responsible for getting the Malaysian visas and permits you need.
