• Book one-way or round-trip private car between Singapore and Mersing.
• Choose your preferred travel date, departure time, Singapore pickup address, and whether you need Mersing Jetty or accommodation drop-off.
• Be at your pickup location 5 minutes early. If your driver is delayed, contact them by phone or WhatsApp.
• Changi Airport pickups allow up to 2 hours waiting time. Running late from your flight? Send us a WhatsApp.
• For home or hotel pickups, please be ready on time – drivers will wait 30 minutesfrom your scheduled time.

During The Trip

At Pickup

On The Road

• At the Singapore-Johor border, stay comfortable in your seat. No need to get out of the car with your belongings. The driver collects everyone’s passports, hands them to border officials through the window, and returns them once cleared.
• Direct jetty transfer in your private MPV, clearing immigration efficiently without unnecessary stops and no waiting for other passengers.
• The journey takes around 2 hours 50 minutes to 3.5  hours depending on highway conditions, with potential slowdowns during peak times like holiday weekends.
• Arrive at Mersing Jetty with time to spare for your ferry, feeling relaxed and adventure-ready.

Payment

• Pay your driver directly upon arrival. No upfront payment needed.
• Pay using cash or PayNow / Bank Transfer.
• Extra stops beyond your primary locations add SGD 10 each to the base fare.
• Full pricing transparency – no hidden fees.

Additional Information

• Check your passport has at least 6 months remaining validity for Malaysian entry.
• Visitors who aren’t Singaporean or Malaysian citizens need to file the MDAC form before entering Malaysia (JB CIQ or JB CIQ 2). More info here: https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main
• Vehicles don’t support wheelchairs.
• Getting the entry documents you need for Malaysia is your responsibility.
