Before Pick Up

• Book a one-way or round-trip private car between Singapore and Cameron Highlands.
• Select the pickup date, time, Singapore address, and Cameron Highlands hotel, farm, or tea estate as the drop-off point.
• Be at the pickup location 5 minutes before the scheduled time. If the driver is delayed, contact them easily by phone or WhatsApp.
• Changi Airport pickups include up to 2 hours of waiting time. For delayed flights, simply send a WhatsApp update.
• For home or hotel pickups, be ready at the scheduled time — drivers will wait up to 30 minutes.

During the Trip

At Pickup

• Professional and experienced drivers arrive at the pickup point and assist with luggage before beginning the long highland journey.
• Travel in a clean, air-conditioned 7- to 10-seater MPV reserved exclusively for the group — no shared rides.

On the Road

• Drivers handle route planning, traffic, and border procedures while passengers relax and enjoy the trip.
• At the Singapore–Malaysia border (Woodlands or Tuas checkpoint), remain comfortably seated in the vehicle with belongings. The driver manages passport collection and clearance before returning them once processed.
• Enjoy a direct private transfer to Cameron Highlands via the Tapah route, with rest stop options available along the way.
• The journey typically takes around 6 to 7 hours, including rest breaks and the scenic mountain ascent. During long weekends or public holidays, allow additional time for traffic and border clearance.
• Experience cool mountain air, tea plantations, and lush greenery as the vehicle climbs toward the highlands.
• Arrive at Cameron Highlands refreshed and ready to explore tea gardens, strawberry farms, and nature trails.

Payment

• Pay the driver directly upon arrival — no advance payment is required.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, PayNow, or Bank Transfer.
• Additional pickup or drop-off points beyond the main route are charged at SGD 10 per stop.
• Transparent and fixed pricing with no hidden costs.

Additional Information

• Ensure passports have at least 6 months’ validity for entry into Malaysia.

• Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible.
