• Book one-way or round-trip private car between Singapore and Segamat.
• Choose your preferred travel date, time, Singapore pickup address, and Segamat town or area drop-off.
• Be at your pickup location 5 minutes before scheduled departure. If your driver is delayed, feel free to contact them by phone or WhatsApp.
• Changi Airport pickups include up to 2 hours waiting time. Flight late? Simply send us a WhatsApp.
• For home or hotel pickups, please be ready on time – drivers will wait 30 minutesfrom your scheduled time.

During The Trip

On The Road

• At the Singapore-Johor border (Woodlands checkpoint), stay comfortable in your seat. You don’t need to disembark from the vehicle with your luggage. Your driver gathers everyone’s passports, hands them through the window to authorities, and returns them once cleared.
• Direct private transfer to Segamat in your exclusive MPV, moving through immigration smoothly without unnecessary stops and no waiting for other passengers.
• The journey takes around 3.5 to 4 hours depending on traffic, so allow extra time during busy periods like long weekends and holidays.
• Arrive in Segamat feeling refreshed and visit-ready without driving fatigue.

• Pay your driver directly at your destination. No upfront payment needed.
• Use cash or PayNow / Bank Transfer.
• Additional stops cost SGD 10 per location.

Additional Information

• Check your passport has at least 6 months remaining validity for Malaysia access.
• Non-Malaysia and non-Singapore visitors must complete the MDAC form before crossing to Malaysia (JB CIQ or JB CIQ 2). [More info here]
• Vehicles don’t accommodate wheelchairs.
• Making sure you have the travel documents you need for Malaysia is your responsibility.
